Privacy Policy

This policy explains how I handle your personal data on petrmraz.com. I process data only to the extent necessary and in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).

What data I process and why

When you write to me via the contact form or by e-mail, I process the data you send me yourself: name, company name, e-mail address and the text of your message. I use it only to reply to you and, where relevant, to prepare a partnership proposal.

The legal basis is taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract and my legitimate interest in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR).

The form does not store your IP address or any other technical data about your device. I do not sell your data, use it for marketing or share it beyond the services listed below.

How long I keep the data

I keep messages for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any cooperation, for a maximum of 3 years from our last communication. If a contract is concluded, I keep the data for the period required by law.

Who works with the data

• hosting and e-mail: INTERNET CZ, a.s. (Forpsi), servers in the Czech Republic,
• website security and performance: Cloudflare, Inc. (protects the site against attacks; may temporarily process a visitor’s IP address; transfers to the USA are covered by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses),
• videos: YouTube (Google Ireland Ltd.) – videos are embedded in privacy-enhanced mode, and YouTube only processes data once you start a video.

Cookies and analytics

This website does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies and does not measure traffic with third-party tools. Only technical cookies necessary for the operation and security of the site may be used (for example remembering your language or protecting against attacks); these do not require consent.

Your rights

You have the right to request access to your data, its rectification or erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and to object to processing. Simply write to [email protected]. I will reply without undue delay, at the latest within one month.

If you believe your data is not being handled properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (www.uoou.cz).

Changes to this policy

I may update this policy from time to time. The version published on this page always applies.
